"Very helpfull staff"

"I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. The lift there felt a bit shaky when using it and it took ages to get to our floor and so for most of the time we opted to use the stairs to get to our...

"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night. Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom. TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football! Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends."

"Good location. Apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Beds were comfortable. Shower very good and towels changed regularly. Staff were great"
