Gallant Woods Preserve

One of the vernal pools located within the Gallant Woods Nature Preserve, a 231 acres preserve a part of the Preservation Parks of Delaware County. The preserve hosts a trail that meanders through Old growth woods, meadows, restored prairies and wetlands, and wetland woods. If you're more interested in history and less into nature, the property also includes a 1930's farm homestead that has been turned into a museum.
