"The room was ok for my needs, however, it was very hot and only a small fan was provided. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom stank. Shower did not work properly. Staircase up to the apartments is dangerous, I tripped up it 3 times and almost fell down it once. Bed was hard as rock and I barely slept the three nights I was there. Location is great for the palace but there is nothing else to see or do there, you have to take a 30 min drive into Paris for things to do."

"L'hôtel est très grand et situé dans un endroit calme, dans le 20eme, à deux pas de l'arrêt de bus 57 Serpolet et seulement 10min de marche du métro (ligne 9 porte de Montreuil). Le personnel est très serviable, la chambre était assez spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Il aurait juste fallu un rideau de douche et un régulateur pour la climatisation centrale car il faisait un peu froid. La literie était correcte et les draps et serviettes très propres.
