"Outstanding, friendly service with a smile from nearly all staff, from reception to bar staff to cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcomed and valued. Hotel is in a superb location and offers all the amenities for a 5 star stay including limited on site parking. ..."

"This is an exceptionally nice hotel as a base for the area. A slight walk from Torquay town centre, it does benefit from great sea views (If booked that side) and a fresh looking contemporary design because it felt very new. A lot of hotels in Torquay looked tired and possibly lacked the amenities. ..."
