"The bedsheet where dirty the day I checked in a when I informed the front desk they argued with me that front desk cleaned the room yet the bed hair and the bedsheet was dirty. Blankets were dirty as well."

They are polite, courteous and they always listen. The restaurant (Ebony) on the 13th floor offers appetizing food and excellent service. Breakfast options are limited but well-prepared.
