The hotel is nice with good interior. The room was a bit small and it required better curtains. The location is very good because of its close proximity to M.G. Marg market. Food needs improvement. Staff is cooperative and friendly.

Nice location near to M G Road

Service is very poor. We had to wait for more than 3 hours for drinking water as stocks were exhausted and supplier's shop was closed. Sachet of milk powder were absent and unavailable in hotel. The rooms were noisy due to external traffic and movement in Upper floor. Except for good clean rooms, hotel is unprofessional. Staff is good and courteous but helpless.

DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL.

Cheap hotel with bare minimum facilities, you can't even expect the room service to deliver a bottle of water everyday. Manager and care takers are never in their senses, if you know what I mean. Anything asked for in the morning breakfasts would be greeted with raised eyebrows , as to why did you trouble them. I have visited Gangtok several times but have never came across such characterless hotel. Trust me about this hotel rating since I have been a seasoned campaigner for Gangtok, like the place and its beauty.

Good hotel in convenient location.

Paisa vasool. You cannot ask for more at these rates. Enjoyed going out every day knowing that we would be returning to the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel at night. Location is also very good. Near MG Marg, near several tour operators, and near local taxi stand. All of which made planning trips and shopping and eating out very easy.
