"Staff at front desk was unwelcoming. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. Did the online check-in which asked for a pet fee $10 more than indicated on the website. When I arrived they told me they don't allow dogs. I showed them exactly where I booked and that I paid the pet fee already. Loved having a kitchen, the breakfast was good and the complimentary laundry was greatly appreciated. Only negative was we were overcharged for the stay and it took multiple calls and emails to get it rectified."
