"This is a great place to stay. The Holiday Motel is a charming place that is immaculately maintained. It's not your standard chain option. The owner, Ron, is incredibly consumer focused. He greeted us when we arrived. We chatted for several minutes and it was clear that he is laser focused on providing an exceptional product and an exceptional service. "For starters. We unpacked and hung up our clothes to get settled in. The tv remote was broken in half. Went to the desk and they had to give us a different room. Air conditioning was broken. Window was broken and couldn’t open it. It was I. The 80s at night. Hotter in the room. The floor was disgusting. Dead bugs and food on it.
