The surrounding area was somewhat industrial but felt safe and we didn’t hear any highway noise inside our room. Stayed in the dead of winter and the hot tub was overrun with children every evening. "Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub? "

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

"Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive."
