"We were just passing through for the night and booked here since we couldn't find anything in Hanksville. The place was clean and the breakfast okay though basic (cold cereal, bagels, waffles). I was impressed that they have now installed two EV charges. Good for them. One word of caution for guests. There isn't much else in Cainesville. In particular we didn't see any restaurants, so I am glad we stopped to eat at Duke's Place in Hanksville enroute. I would do a special callout to the...

"This place is truly a gem. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Sparkling clean. Didn’t use pool or hot tub, but they looked very inviting. The market next door has a deli with great food. Other restaurants & shops close by. Very convenient for visiting Capitol Reef NP, which is stunningly beautiful. I’d stay here again. "

"Absolutely a fabulous cabin. So western authentic and by far the cleanest destination I have stayed in for a very long time. Check in was easy and staff so friendly. I would beyond recommend to anyone. Walked across the street for dinner at the Cowboy Smoke House which was also fabulous. Love the decor in the cabins. Beds are super soft. Cabins smell clean. Little patios. Only negative is the closeness to the highway…but that runs through town so what can you do. "
