From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. I would highly recommend Best Western Phagwara, especially for families traveling with elderly guests or anyone needing a little extra support. We look forward to returning!"

"The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance."
