Homepage is more shining that what it's in true. Very old style rooms and needed urgently renovation, new color, new furnitures, etc. But the bathroom was renovated already and nice. Price and Service do not fit together. Service at the breakfast room is not very friendly (cannot say good morning or good bye). We stayed for 4 nights and every day the same. Close to city center.

What a lovely hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly, even giving us a choice of roooms after showing them to us. We had a beautiful view of the ,ountains. Our room was large and comfortable with a small balcony . The location is perfect. Very close walking distance to town. They have indoor parking for a small cost. The outside terrace is a gem, with beautifully maintained grounds. We were so happy that we chose this hotel.

Beautiful and clean. We had our own backyard with lawn furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up was good and food was excellent. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Einmal auf die Zugspitze.

Ich war vom 26. - 29.08.2018 Gast im Hotel "Edelweis". Das Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Aber eins hat miir nicht gefallen: es gibt kein fries W-Lan wie ich es von allen Hotels gewohnt war. Stattdessen wird ein Internetzugang für 5,00 € pro Stunde angeboten.

Wonderful hotel, location, staff, and breakfast. Easy walk to restaurants in town. No AC, but they provided a fan which was more than adequate. No elevator but they will help with heavy bags.
