"Very clean and nice place"

"My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "

"After celebrating the life of my Aunt who passed away, I returned back to the hotel to the valet parking lot and was not provided service by a staff member. The staff member ignored me and then provide service till after one of his colleagues open the door for other residents, and I asked if someone was covering valet he pointed to the individual that refused to help me and then that person stood up and walked over to provide assistance. That is the reason I gave four stars to the staff because aall other staff members at that facility are excellent. "

"I’m writing regarding several issues we experienced during our recent stay at this hotel, which left us quite disappointed. First, we specifically booked (and paid extra for) a room with a private bathroom outside the room. However, upon arrival, we discovered the bathroom was shared. We have since reviewed the booking confirmation again, and while the wording may not have been explicit, we are certain this was not the accommodation we reserved. Second, when we asked about modifying our check-out date, we were informed there would be an additional charge due to a rate change. We understand policies may apply, but this was not clearly mentioned in the cancellation or modification terms provided at the time of booking, which made the situation frustrating. Finally, the booking confirmation also mentioned that bathrobes would be included during the stay, but none were provided. Individually, these may seem minor, but together they significantly affected our overall experience and gave us the impression that the accommodations and services provided did not fully match what was advertised or expected."

"Old style building. Roof top deck with great view. We only had one issue. We booked shuttle from hotel to airport at 715. In lobby by 7 & told driver would be here shortly. 730 I go back to desk & same clerk said I wasn’t scheduled til 745. We needed to be at airport by 8. He called the driver & he came at 740. He drove very fast & we were there by 810. Not impressed with the scheduling or the driver. He kept slapping himself in the face while driving like he was trying to stay awake. It was a little scary."

"We didnt see a breakfast menu but parking definitely felt safe"

"The room was clean. The hotel was within walking to distance to many attractions including the space needle. Easy parking on site for $40 a night.The breakfast was great with many hot options. Staff were very friendly."
