"This was a convenient property used for visiting St James Park which is just a 20 minute taxi ride away. Hotel and rooms are dated but the rooms are spacious. Staff are very helpful and solved every issue we had. Booked because of air con however our first room was extremely hot as towel heater were on full blast. Enquired at from desk and they swiftly moved us and room was more comfortable. Air con still was not that cold so don't rely on it for comfort. Fan was provided. Free parking and use...
