"We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer.
