"My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one...
