The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size, even for the budget option. As others have said, there was no salt/pepper/oil for cooking, only tea and coffee as found in the usual hotel room, but there was a fridge with small freezer compartment. They appear to have taken on board previous feedback as there was a spare bin bag, dishwasher tablet, and washing machine tablet for our use, in addition to dish soap and a cloth (although no tea towel). The room was clean, the furniture comfortable and in good condition, and the location was fantastic. The spa did have to be pre-booked and only for one hour per day but it was again clean and well maintained, with floats available for children. Luggage storage was free and we were able to check in an hour early for no additional fee. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again.

Rooms were clean, tidy and warm with decent facilities. The room was ready for us at 10am when we arrived which was a real bonus as we thought we couldn't check in whilst 4pm. Breakfast was a little busy but the food was nice, and the spa facility is great. A great stay and the staff are very helpful also...

Leider haben wir am ersten Urlaubstag kein Frühstück bekommen. Die Schlange war so lang, dass man 1h warten sollte. Dies hätte man durch verschiedene Frühstückszeiten gut regeln können. An den anderen Tagen waren wir um 7:45 frühstücken, damit man nicht in der Schlange steht. Also wer spät aufstehen will, dieses Hotel/Apartment meiden.

Ok sted, moderne lejligheder. Smalle og hårde senge. Lidt dårlig lydisolering, så støj forekom udefra. Fint udstyret lille køkken. Fin spa-afdeling, men lidt lille og begrænset til 1 time om dagen. Fin beliggenhed tæt på floden, indkøb og restauranter. Rengøring var tilkøb og morgenmad virkede dyrt prissat.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and going for breakfast was a joy as there were plenty of options of both hot & cold food. The dining area was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would return to this property again. Easy to walk into the centre of Gdansk by the path along the river. Very enjoyable experience. Loved Gdansk....

Rent og greit rom. Sovesofa ikke veldig god å sove på. Hovedvekten av personalet fremstod lite serviceinnstilt. Frokosten var bra, men kunne ønsket bacon. Bassenget var begge dagene vi brukte det delvis leid ut til babysvømming. Halve bassenget var dermed ikke lov å bruke. Badstue var også defekt begge dagene. Sur badevakt!

5 min å gå til nærmeste butikk grei beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen i Gdansk. Rommene var helt ok, ble ikke vasket under opphold og bytte håndklær kostet 15zl pr håndkle. Dette ble ikke opplyst om første gangen vi byttet håndklærne. Visst vi skal tilbake til Gdansk ved en senere anledning blir vi å prøve ett annet hotel.

Gebäude liegt abseits im Dunkeln, schwer zu finden, Stolpersteine! Wohnung ist nicht schallgedämmt, die ganze Nacht hört man Geräusche von den Nachbarn. Da es auch ein normales Wohnhaus ist.

Die Unterkunft liegt ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt, in ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt..Unser Appartement war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Der Teppich und die Couch hatten Flecken..die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich ziemlich mau..Also wenn jemand wirklich kochen möchte dann wird das eine Herausforderung..Ich kann empfehlen ein Geschirrtuch mitzubringen denn so etwas war nicht vorhanden.Leider auch keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Toaster. Dafür gab es aber eine kleine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, Bügeltisch und Wäscheständer.. Der Wellnessbereich ist relativ klein und man muss vorher ein Zeitfenster buchen..Wir waren einmal Abends dort und fanden es im Schwimmbad zu voll. Eine Sauna bekleidet zu benutzen fanden wir auch etwas merkwürdig. Ich würde die Unterkunft aber dennoch empfehlen..Preis Leistungsverhältnis war OK.
