"Not clean at all and when we checked the staff said we are not allowed to use the hotel for lunch even though we paid for an all-inclusive package. Since we arrived late on the first day and missed lunch, but we still expected to have access to the hotel services."

We had a lovely conversation with the owner, and his family was incredibly kind and friendly. They were very generous and made us feel right at home.
