"Everything was very good except for two things: First, upon first use of the bathroom, we learned the toilet was clogged. Called down to the front desk and they provided a plunger, but we had to deal with it ourselves. Not a problem, just annoying. "As soon as I walked in the staff was super nice and fast to check me in ! The lobby was super clean and it smell good. it was super quiet. Walked in to the room and it was super clean ! The beds were really comfortable my husband and I will definitely stay here again it was only 15min away from red rocks which was a plus !"

"Nice room and property with great location for us. The breakfasts there used to be better with cheese omelets which were not found this trip. Would have liked a banana and nondairy options for the coffee such as almond, oat, or soy milk. Always nice to have the frig and microwave"

"When we checking I asked about a shuttle to and from the Red Rocks and they gave us a phone number to local guy, Joseph. That was wonderful! Not having to worry about the traffic and parking, it was so worth it! Red Rock is not far from the hotel."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to switch us into an accessible room upon arrival. Wheelchair accessibility in the room was great. Roll in shower was awesome and loved the teak wooden seats. Only downside to the shower was that the shampoo was located up high and behind me. "I was surprised that there was no ice in the building. They told us our ice was in our room in the refrigerator which there wasn't any and the icebox was disgusting. Our floor squeaked every time we walked on it on the second floor. We had to keep our air conditioning on 62 just to get the room cooled. Would not stay there again"
