Excellent option for families. Great staff, superb equipment in the rooms for entertainment and comfort including a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfasts are very nice and you get great amenities every day. Location to walk everywhere, 5 mins to the lake side, 15 mins to Mt Blanc bridge.

Bastian and team are amazing and took care of everything. Property is small, but serves the purpose for travellers. Everything in the apt is top class including fresh new towels etc. Walking distance from Lake Geneva and also lots of attratctions and shopping. Free laundry adds icing to to the cake!

Everything wonderful. Hotel very well located, clean, organized and the people who work there are very friendly, always willing to help and do everything they can to make us feel at home. Chez Bastian was very kind and everyone who helped me was incredible too. The hotel offers many facilities such as washing our clothes free of charge, free mespresso coffee, the entire structure of a flat at our disposal. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Family loved it. Congratulations to everyone involved

Swiss Luxury Apartments, Geneva: A Perfect Stay!

My family and I spent four wonderful days at the Swiss Luxury Apartments in Geneva, and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Its location is unbeatable—just a block from the lake and in a walkable area surrounded by great restaurants. For those traveling by car, the parking (available at an extra cost) was super convenient. The property was impeccably maintained, and one standout feature was the complimentary laundry service, which was a fantastic perk during our trip. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and will definitely return!

So I’m not sure where to start with this awesome place in Geneva one block from the lake. Bastien – greeted us in a bowtie and showed us around the entire place and how to use things, and there was even a virtual reality game for the kids, and it was like a mini apartment and just beautiful!! Highly recommend.

This apartment/hotel is as SUCH. Great find! We are a family of 5 - 2 adults 3 teenagers. Plenty of room! My son had a large bed in the living room (pull out sofa) then my girls had a large bed with en-suite bathroom. His ad and I had large bed with en-suite bathroom. But another bathroom in the hallway. They kept the fridge stocked with waters and apple juice and soda. Apartment also had a full kitchen- we bought breakfast food at the Coop down the street. Convenient location! Best part is they offer free laundry. We have them 2 big baskets of dirty laundry from our trip to Paris and it was returned at 3pm washed and dried and folded! Allowed us to bring half of what we would have needed to bring. Also had a private parking spot for an extra 35 chf per day. The staff is SO nice. 5 stars!

Really good, not perfect

We stayed at the Swiss Luxury Apartments for the start of our honeymoon for four nights. The location is really good a block or two from Lake Geneva and the staff were very friendly, the apartment itself was very comfortable with a wonderful bed. It wasn’t perfect, for a very expensive hotel there were issues, the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, we had a cushion with a tear, we were promised a daily gift but these didn’t all arrive. It didn’t spoil the stay, but at the price you pay you don’t expect any issues. All in all fully recommend.
