"Our stay at Wingate was okay overall. The staff at check-in was friendly and the process was smooth. However, the hotel facilities could definitely use some updates. The furniture looks quite old, and the property would benefit from some renovations to give it a fresher feel. Also, only one of the elevators was working during our stay, which made getting around less convenient. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"The receptionists were very nice. The bathtub has dirt stains. The outdoorpool has leaves and no clean towels available. I still have to ask front desk for it. Breakfast was so so. Eggs,bread, waffle, sausage,cereals and a fruit. There was only one attendant in the breakfast room so food is running out. Few people will come and sausage or eggs will run out. My brother in the other room says it was hot."

"Needed a place to sleep for a few nights in July while in town visiting my sister and came across the Nocturne Motel. Enjoyed my stay there - if you're looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay would highly recommend. AC ran cold to keep the room comfortable for sleeping. All in all a great value, would definitely stay there again."

"When I checked in we noticed hair on the sink, tub soap tray, and on the kleenex dispenser. The roof leaked causing the floor carpet on the side of the bed to be wet. I was sitting on the edge of the bed and my family noticed I had a pile of hair on my foot that came from walking back and forth on the carpet. They said our room would be cleaned day 3 and it wasn't done. When we asked the desk they said we put the do not disturb sign on our door and 3 managers checked. This was a lie and we gave...

"The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The shuttle driver was amazing courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel welcome, and their outstanding customer service truly made my experience even better."

"Just did not appeal to us. Air conditioning is inside of room was very loud. Breakfast was just poor. Only one elevators in operation. Shower outdated. For the price, it was just poor."
