"Overall good hotel for a nights stay. The main room seemed updated but the bathrooms were untouched. We had a problem with the toilet during our stay that couldn’t be fixed while we were there. I am still waiting on hotel management to respond to my complaint."
"This 15 room motel was simple, quiet, and a great space for my husband and I to get away for a couple of days for our anniversary. We got a King bed lake view room (def. worth the extra $) because you can sit on the deck and watch the sun rise/set. There were a variety of people staying--families, singles, couples, and everyone we met was nice!
Things to be aware of-- the lake or something around our hotel had a bad smell at times--the first night I noticed it the most, but night two it had lessened. WiFi is not great, so if you have your own hot spot I highly recommend bringing it if you need it.
GOTL is a quaint, low-key area to stay on a budget and still have a great time with those you love! We did shopping, walking, wine tours, and sunset gazing. Next time I will reserve Jet Skis in advance because in the mornings the water was so calm and beautiful! We walked everywhere, except when we needed drinks for our room. The local market store across the street wasn't open the whole time we stayed, so we did a little drive east on the strip to the nearest convenience store for drinks to keep in our room. We would definitely stay here again."
"We have stayed at this hotel twice, and make sure to do so each time we are back in the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful- here are just a few examples: my car battery died in the parking lot, so the maintenance man assisted us in jumping it. One morning we were late for breakfast and my toddler wanted cereal, the front desk happily obliged. The cleaning staff wished us safe and happy travels as we checked out. Anything we needed, they provided. While this property may not be “fancy”, it is all inclusive and worth the stay."

"Clean room. Gym was like an after thought. Front desk staff not real welcome except one lady who was a general manager. Breakfast was not good at all."
