Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Der Preiskatekorie entsprechend war es sehr gut. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Check in sollte ab 12 Uhr sein und vor Ort wurde uns 14 Uhr mitgeteilt, was jedoch dann auf unseren Wunsch hin auf 12:30 vorverlegt wurde. Zugang zum Hotel nicht 24 Std. möglich. Wir waren unterwegs und sind gegen 6 Uhr zum Hotel gekommen. Der Schlüssel öffente nicht die Tür und geklinkelt haben wir auch ohne Resonanz. So mussten wir es uns im Auto gemütlich machen. Dies möchte ich aber nicht als prinzipiellen Fehler des Hotels bezeichnen, da ich vorab nicht gefragt habe, ob ein 24 Std. Zugang gewährleistet ist (bin davon einfach ausgegangen). Also als Tipp für Gäste: vorab anfragen bis wann/bzw. wie Zugang durchgehend möglich ist.

Prima hotel in het oude centrum van Gennep. De hertenbiefstuk met rode-portsaus was de lekkerste die ik ooit gegeten heb. De kabeljauw ook heerlijk met prima groente.

De medewerkers zijn betrokken bij hun klanten. Een opmerking dat ik geen tarwe mag was uitstekend begrepen. De gastvrouw zei meteen dat had u gemeld, ik kom u meteen spelt- en roggebrood brengen. We kregen de ruime kamer 5 op de 2e etage die goed te koelen bleek.

Leuk en gezellig hotel aan de markt.

Voor ons was het een extra leuk bijkomstigheid dat de ooievaars nog op het nest waren. Voegde nog iets toe. Verder prettig hotel met fijn personeel.

Right in the center of Gennep

Lovely family hotel. It was like coming home. Great value for money. Wonderful terrace right next to city hall, stork nesting, Dutch and Belgian beers etc. i’ll be back

Hotel de Kroon leuk hotel aan een gezellig plein

Hotel de Kroon is een gezellig 'ouderwets' hotel, voorzien van goede schone kamers met uitstekende bedden en een moderne mooie schone badkamer, zoals het hoort. Prima eten voor een prima prijs met 'ouderwets' goed bediening. In de maanden juli en augustus is er life muziek op het gezellige plein voor het hotel, dat geeft een gezellige sfeer in het dorp.Het was niet onze smaak, dus vonden we het ook niet heel erg, dat de muziek om half twaalf stopte. Er is geen lift, voor ouderen is de tweede verdieping best lastig te bereiken door de twee trappen. De locatie is een prima uitgangspunt voor het Pieterpad. Heel fijn dat onze hond ook terecht kon in het hotel.
