"Friendly staff, convenient location."

"The staff at this hotel was really friendly and very helpful, no one had an attitude or anything like that. All the shuttle drivers that we interact with were very friendly. The property needs some upgrades as the carpet needs to change, but in spite of these things the staff are really good troopers. I would stay there again because it was very convenient to stay there. "

"The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service"

"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. "Really nice gym. Good breakfast with wide selection and plenty of fresh, quality food. Breakfast staff is particularly attentive and clearly cares about the quality of their work. We loved the little messages on the bananas. Room was very clean. A very pleasant experience overall."

"The room was clean. But the shower knob was already broken, the bathtub floor had a massive air pocket. The night staff was passed out in lobby when I was checking out had to call the phone. Took the woman 5 minutes to get up lousy service. The room was very clean, but the walls paper thin."

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."
