"Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy. My key to the room wouldn’t not work and had to go down stairs three times until I was mixed to another room. When I was moved to the new room there was no shower curtain and the floors were terrible. Then I requested a refund because I was going to drive through but u was told there wasn’t going to be a refund. Then I requested a new room. Which then my sheets were stained and there were roaches in the sink and bath tub."
