"I went for work. Hotel is great. Rooms are very small (not a bad thing if you're a solo traveler) and the shared bathroom sounds weird at first but it's actually pretty neat of an experience. Overall, super clean, good location, well maintained, great staff. 10/10 will stay again when I go to Boston."

"I had high expectations for this hotel. I used to live in Brookline when I was in college, and I remember this property as a Holiday Inn. When I finally arrived, my first impression was the front desk staff, who appeared inexperienced and poorly trained. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of my family's stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, despite requesting a suite with a view of Beacon Street, we were assigned a corner room. I chose not to complain because I wanted to focus on enjoying time with my family. There were two issues that were particularly disappointing. First, although the reservation clearly indicated three guests, the room was consistently stocked with sheets, towels, and other amenities for only one or two people. Second, the $40 daily parking fee was excessive for a hotel of this category in Brookline. The parking lot was nearly empty every day, and after experiencing the hotel, I can understand why. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff. Better training, customer service skills, and attention to detail are badly needed. These shortcomings made the hotel feel more like a two-star property than the quality experience I was expecting. Overall, this stay fell far short of my expectations. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning."

"I had a horrible time being verified, did not receive check in authorization the day of arrival and had to beg for it, waited over 45 minutes at the site to be let in as no one was present and on check out had to return to room to leave key fob when they wouldn't take it at the desk. It sucked all around"
