"Staff is friendly. Property beautiful. The room I stayed in is pretty clean. The sheet aren’t too comfortable, only because it wasn’t smooth it has like bumps like old sheets on it… but I was able to use the other sheet before the comforter on top of it so I don’t feel all those bumps… I checked in at like almost 2am so I didn’t want to wait for someone to come change it.. but I was ok. The fridge doesn’t have water or beverage, but that’s understandable. The iron wasn’t working properly..I added water and it was leaking… but it work after I drained the water lol. I give it 5 stars because I mean overall it was nice it not too bad and the breakfast was really good!"

"When we were stopped and warned by someone in the parking lot leaving the hotel as we were on our way to check in, I knew it was bad. The room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. The couch was stained and nasty while the chair had hair all over it. The room smelled like it had been bleached with a film across the top of the floor that left our shoe prints when we walked on it. We kept our shoes on the entire time and didn’t let anyone touch anything. The furniture had spills that had dried on them and the walls in the bathroom did too. There was black mold in the bathroom and the door frame was rotting away by the floor. We stayed maybe 30 minutes and then contacted Expedia to get our money refunded for our stay and went somewhere else. They were very helpful and nice during a very stressful situation. "

"The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. The only thing that i didn’t care for was that the fan/ac never turned off and it was loud for someone who is a lite sleeper. The rooms were super quiet. "

"We had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor firepit. It created a relaxing atmosphere. Our room exceeded expectations. It was spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and toiletries, and the beds were very comfortable. The full kitchenette, with a mini stove, full-size refrigerator, and microwave, was a wonderful convenience. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the fitness center, and even though we didn’t use the pool, it appeared to be well-maintained. Breakfast was just ok, with a usual continental selection that also included spinach and cheese quiche and bacon. One small complaint: the Wi-Fi setup could be clearer for guests, especially for those who are not Marriott Bonvoy members. Non-members must request Wi-Fi access. Non-members can get basic access for free, but if you want stronger Wi-Fi service, it's about $5. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay again."
