"Where do I begin? When you pull up to the hotel there are people loitering in the parking lot. The kind of people that you would really consider and savory. When you walk into the hotel the lobby is about the size of an average living room. It is dark dank and dirty looking. We got to our room and the smell was awful it smelled like straight up chemicals but quite honestly I would think they had to use John chemicals to kill the germs that were in that place. We went down to the front desk and complained about that and they let us check out three additional rooms that all smell the same. We told them there was no way we could stay at this point. We did get a refund and went just a little further down to the La Quinta and it was magnificent."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent to Chattanooga, restaurants and pricing very reasonable. Will definetely stay again if working through the area at the end of the day."

"Very outdated property ! The bathroom very outdated. Price not worth it at all way over priced would never return! Shower would not work only the tub. Went to the front desk to ask and she picked up a small laminate card saying you have to reach under the faucet and pull down on an attachment ? Says didn’t I tell you that ? Really ? Blame it on me ? Total rip off don’t stay here please…"

"This hotel was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only issue was that the fire door by the staircase under our room was broken and did not latch. We were a bit worried about that and didn't sleep well as a result."
