"Our stay was for a single night. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The hotel's layout is somewhat disorienting due to its size, and there is no elevator available. We were accommodated on the third floor, which is the second floor when accessed from the main lobby.I had to contact the front desk to obtain the Wi-Fi code. "When a/c came on a vibration sound came from the unit. Hard to get to sleep with vibration sound. The rest of the room was very good"

"The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Clean rooms and bed. Swimming pool was heated and the kids had a great time. Breakfast was included and it was more then enough. Location is near shopping, so everything worked out great"

"La dame à l’accueil était gentille. La chambre était très très bien insonorisé (nous n’avons rien entendu de la nuit!), confortable et propre. Le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et contrairement aux photos d’Expedia, il n’y a pas de piscine. Le stationnement est gratuit et facile d’accès."

"staff has been very good since coming home have not received $100.00 back that was paid at time of check-in July 13th have been calling the hotel to try to get some in-put as can not get in touch with Expedia ! Went into my bank they are uncertain about why it has not gone back into my account ! I have stayed many times at Stonegate and always got that $100.00 back right at check out ! will probably will return to stonegate again won't book with Expedia any more ! I just will continue to check...

"I booked a hotel room, and they put me in clearly what was a motel room. Not even in the hotel building, on the ground floor, poor ventilation, it smelt bad and I could hear everything going on outside. I didn’t even stay. If I wanted a motel room I wouldn’t have spent $180 on a room. I’m still trying to get my money back from Expedia but unfortunately they said they would email me and it hasn’t happened yet.
