Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. "Nice couple manage the hotel. We had a great 4 days-stay. It's near to the lake and to main hub of town. Breakfast is like a half buffet but they generously offer you refill! Room was nice and comfortable bedding."

"L’hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du magnifique Lac de Côme où il y a un traversier ⛴️ à toutes les hres si vous voulez faire un tour à Bellagio où Côme pour pas cher et vous pouvez aussi louer une moto à 1/2 km sur la route principale chez Agostini moto et à pied vous pouvez aller au musée Moto Guzzi gratuit 🆓 Ps j’avais la dernière chambre au grenier qui est tous rénovée , très bien, juste un bémol la dernière escalier pour se rendre à la chambre est très étroite pour des grosses valises ! "

"We can’t recommend more highly Case dei Baff!! A must stay! The grounds are stunning and serene. Corrado and his family were incredibly welcoming and lovely. The food at their restaurant, from the cheese to the wine to the meat, are all sourced from their farm and vineyard. Our meal there was spectacular and unforgettable! We were grateful to be able to take home some of their wine and cheese with us. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!"

"Excellent hotel on the lake with convenient access to the ferry on Menaggio. Room is big and very comfortable, bathroom and shower is excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a very beautiful view on the lake, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner"

"We loved our four-night stay at B&B Al Carotin. Julio is super friendly and always at hand. The property has balconies overlooking the valley and mountains, and it was so relaxing just to sit out on the balcony, drink in the views, and let your shoulders drop. We took a day trip to Tirano and took the train up to Switzerland, which is the same line as the Bernina Express. We had a couple of very enjoyable days by the lake. We'd love to come back."

"quite a long walk from train station ( 1 km) no taxis! but pretty well the closest. bar is also reception (which was great as I was desperate for a beer after bus substituted for train! efficient small lift, comfortable room with large comfy bed & plenty of electric plugs. quiet in room despite it being a Saturday, although restaurant full with waiting list. great well priced Italian meal (despite being promoted as Sushi - which was available -after a fashion)! slept well. Owner opened breakfast...
