Matratze zu weich, Kissen viel zu weich und zwei Kissen zusammen viel zu dick, Zimmer sauber, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit Kapseln - Maschine nicht sauber - Aufstehen ohne Kaffee geht garnicht "
