"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the...

"Excellent location for parents of Temple students. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but could use an upgrade. My favorite aspect of the room: you can open the windows."

"In the center of downtown. Great location and staff and breakfast. Sketchy people linger around though and they never sent back my deposit. There was absolutely no reason for them to keep it. Wouldn't recommend if you want your deposit back. "
