"One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Sexual harassment at the pool area seemed very common. Men were making women extremely uncomfortable, touching women inappropriately, approaching guests with disturbing comments, and creating an unsafe environment. When I reported what happened to the reception staff, the response was dismissive and irresponsible. I was told that these individuals were “day-use guests” and that “sometimes they do that.” This is completely unacceptable...

"What a nice hotel, great amenities and a great location with lots to do and see. The room was of an excellent standard, modern and very clean, the pool, gym and spa are equally as good and maintained to a high standard. Breakfast and evening meal provided a good selection food to satisfy most tastes. "

"Overpriced, scam, badest service I‘ve ever had.. first time and last time. I‘ve been charged 160 AED for a small bag of chips and some mini chocolate bars which were on my room. Seemed like for free but while checking out they said I got something from the minibar, which I didn‘t. Then someone looked after the room, said sir you opened the chips and chocolate.. ~40€ for that.. on the other hand I‘ve spent so much at the beach, in the restaurant or in one of the bars.. overall what I can say is...
