"All was Good "

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. "We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Great hotel, great location, secure parking and friendly staff, too bad they advertise a pool but the pool was closed. We booked this hotel to relax around the pool so it was disappointing. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars."
