Staff was quite friendly and very helpful! The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated for the holidays and warm. Valet parking was great and the location is superb!

The hotel was in a good location and very well presented. The rooms were clean and spacious. I found the bed very comfortable and the bathroom had great lighting.
