I was initially booked for two nights, as my mother had multiple medical appointments on Monday and Tuesday at Jefferson Hospital, which was very conveniently located. "Element was nothing less than excellent. The staff - from the valet to the front desk - everyone was helpful and kind. Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down...

"Wonderful stay! With Reading Terminal Market right across the street and Market Street just a half a block away and a short walk to City Hall, you cannot beat the location. The hotel room and common areas were spotless and the staff were very friendly. The nearby parking was also a bonus. I loved having a kitchenette and table in our room, and the sofabed and privacy curtain were also great. I will definitely be staying here again with my family!"

"Staff were great and the hotel atmosphere was great. They have breakfast and dining options and vending machines. The only downside to I this hotel is the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbours conversations fairly clearly. Staff send security to control noise right away though. "
