The driver is available to take you to the busy part of town whenever you’re ready. There’s a nice little cafe/restaurant a short walk down the beach. Rooms were large and very comfortable. "One of bathroom button not working(cause us cannot use the shower head),guest bathroom sliding door is broken,has to lift up and slide hard take several seconds to close and open,upstair bathroom the botton of switch not function,half of the water coming from shower head half from tap,they said will fix it several times(I reminder them three days)but no one comes to fix,under the bed is very dirty,at beginning no any toilet paper has to use kitchen towl"

"Awesome beachfront. The pool area is also good but it would be great if the water is a little warmer. Staff are great, very helpful and respectful. The grand deluxe room is spacious and the balcony makes it even more desirable. Very nice beach hotel and I will choose it again in my next Bora trip!"

"A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer. The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules."

"I had a fantastic stay at Hennan Palm Hotel! The property is incredibly clean, and the infinity pool is a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location is ideal, just a short walk to D Mall, so everything you need is nearby. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety, with something for everyone. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!"
