"Clean room staff and parking"

"Staff was great, for the price point it met all expectations and rooms are clean , only thing is the ac unit was very dirty, but the staff made the stay worthwhile on how polite they were , remember for the price point its not a 5 star, the location is good too"

"Apart from the help given by Sheree this was an appalling place to stay. Despite messaging the hotel twice, their 24 hour airport shuttle did not appear due to someone not turning up and it cost $40 just to get to the hotel. The person behind the desk was not interested and the room we were given was filthy with chewing gum on the floor and a sofa chair that looked like it had been attacked by rats. The next room was a little better but not by much. It is generous to say a continental breakfast...

"The door barely closed, you could tell it was kicked in before. Huge hole in the wood flooring. Tv very small and barely hanging on the wall. "

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay...
