The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly. "Really beautiful eco friendly property, though it is not in a location that you can easily get to. I’d recommend renting a car when staying in this property. Spa should be booked ahead of time as it was fully booked during our stay. Need at least 2 days stay to enjoy all the amenities, and get the feel of the place. Room is nice and clean, though I don’t believe there is ventilation in the restroom."

"Stopped at this hotel on a drive through France and it was great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and the pool is a lovely way to unwind after a long drive. The rooms are perhaps a touch basic but they have everything you need and were clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We stayed there for 2 nights close to the Chambord castle. Very convenient location. Service and staff were great and very helpful with diner reservations in the area. Room was quiet and big enough for me and my 2 kids. Will stay there again if coming back in the area. "
