"My husband was at Shand‘s for open-heart surgery. I am so happy that I found this Condo. It was perfect to go back-and-forth from the hospital as it is only about 5 to 7 minutes away. it was super clean, stocked nicely, and the washer and dryer made it perfect. The communication from the owner is great. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone going near Shands or UF."

A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

"We really enjoyed how quaint and clean the place was, as well as the Pooler's trail being available to trek. It was very peaceful to wake up and hear the birds, know the neighborhood was safe enough for my son to wander around and explore nature and the picnic table. I only wish I had paid closer attention to the no smoking or vaping on the property because my husband vapes, and we wanted to be considerate of the hostess' wishes.
