Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. Leider blieb es aber dabei keine Reinigung und keiner brachte frische Handtücher, die musste ich mir selber holen. Wegen Corona müsste man sich vorab für die Reinigung anmelden. Was allerdings auch nicht beim Check in erwähnte wurde. "
