"Rolling up to the hotel, parking was convenient and ample. Front desk staff was ok, neither friendly or unfriendly. There was only 1 elevator working, but there were plenty of luggage carts, which made the long walk to our room easy. This place is huge. Our room was perfect. It was clean, modern, well equipped and had a comfy bed. The only drawback was the carpet in the hallways to get to your room. It had an old musty odour to it. Our room was all laminate flooring, which was great. Checkout was easy, with front desk staff that appeared emotionless. Overall a great stay."
"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter.
Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters took for ever and did a poor job of toasting the bread."
"We booked the king suite with the jet tub and it was wonderful. The jets were incredibly clean as was the tub itself. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. Only thing that was lacking was that the showerhead needed to be descaled."
"I think we must have gotten the worst room.
We don't like giving bad reviews but I hope management takes notice so they can correct.
The entrance door was showing daylight all around and the bottom had at least 1/4" gap where any bugs could have crept in. The room was ok but not very clean. Beverage splashing marks could be seen on wall above little floor fridge.
It was ok for a less expensive room but my.wife didn't like it."
"Large clean room close to exterior door for my dog. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Large washroom. Good location for variety of food. Overall a very good stay. Will be even better if pool gets fixed"
