"Gare 55 is amazing. It is situated in a renovated train station and the facilities are absolutely top notch. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is a kitchen that we were able to use and there are prepared meals available in the freezer. We are looking for a reason to revisit the area as we would love to stay at Gare 55 again."

Die Zimmer und überhaupt das ganze Hotel sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die eigene Hotelbar bietet verschiedene Cocktails und Biere zu vernünftigen Preisen. "A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). Condensation issues in there led to a bit of mould too on the walls. Decor everywhere else was...

"The Post and Porter's House is in a great location and is within walking distance of two tram stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question.
