"I would like to start by saying that the hotel itself is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, the property is well maintained, and the buffet food was consistently very good throughout our stay. The location and overall atmosphere made us excited for what should have been a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the poor customer service and the complete lack of resolution regarding a major issue with our room. When we arrived and were taken to our oceanfront room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. We reported the problem to the front desk right away. Someone came to the room and supposedly fixed it, but the issue continued. We returned to the front desk multiple times to explain that the room was becoming unbearably hot, especially at night. At one point, I was told that we could be moved to another room, but only to a lower-category room than the oceanfront room that I had paid for. Naturally, I declined. If I paid for an oceanfront room, I should not be expected to accept a downgrade because the hotel could not provide the amenities that were advertised and included in my reservation. For the entire nine-day stay, the air conditioning never worked properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating and uncomfortable. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was never resolved. I specifically booked a room with air conditioning, and that is not what I received."

"We recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The highlight of the property is definitely the beach area. The man-made beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean are beautiful, well-maintained, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. It was one of our favorite parts of the resort. The food was generally good throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the meals and service at both the Pool Bar and the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar. In the main dining room, our first dinner was excellent, particularly the chicken and fish dishes. However, during a later visit, the pizza was noticeably undercooked and did not meet the same standard as our earlier meal. One thing that stood out was the staff. The wait staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, helping make our stay enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and beach area were closed for the first two days of our stay. We were not notified of this closure in advance, and it significantly impacted our experience since these amenities were a major reason we chose the resort. Despite that inconvenience, the beautiful beach area, good food, and excellent service made for a pleasant stay overall."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. My flight was 7hrs delayed and I arrived closed to the time, helpdesk would be leaving. The young lady called me to verify if I was still coming. Love that I had a private pool. The only issue is that there were lots of ants in the rooms although the rooms were clean when i checked in and during the stay. I had to buy spray while there to help a little and I didnt have a microwave so it was hard to warm our food up. Other than that I would recommend this location."

"if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods. Water park is closed tuesday and wednesday for cleaning."
