I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to guide me on tours to take, provide safety tips after hours, and even walk me to the front to ensure I got into the right car. Definitely recommend this place."
"We stayed there for a long weekend. We were 8 people in four rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from Cuenca’s main attractions. The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to please us. They were truly outstanding. Will definitely stay there again."
"The location is great, right across from a beautiful park and church with restaurants across the park. The room was nice but was missing the shower door and the floor could have been cleaner. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. The coffee was good but the breakfast was just okay although the scrambled eggs were great. Overall I would recommend and stay again."
"Amazing boutique Hotel, great staff and unique style. Perfect location, steps from the main square and cathedral. Highly recommend a splurge in getting the presidential suite, massive beautiful room & bathroom. Their roof top restaurant is great as well, we went for Martini and Jazz night. Also, don't miss out on their breakfast, it is delicious (try the local Ecuadorian ones)."
