"The walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear EVERY SINGLE DETAIL from the neighboring rooms....Shameful for the price.
The bar staff is a disaster, and that’s during the off-season.
They need to rethink the whole concept.
As for the bugs and the numerous strands of hair (not mine) found in the bathroom—NO COMMENT
What a disappointment."
"We were traveling with our dog, and the staff were friendly and accommodating of him. The hotel had on-site parking which was easy to use and a small gym. The only drawback was the dinner which was not at all in keeping with the quality of everything else. Breakfast was just fine. Overall, we'll gladly stay here again the next time we're in the area."
"My room was hot and the AC was turned off in the hotel for the spring. I found a hair from the previous guest on the sink. Other than that, the room was clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and the woman at reception was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly so one star just for her. I found the bed hard and uncomfortable, but my friend who stayed in her own room said she had the best sleep of our entire trip on this night at this hotel in Girona. So take my review for what it’s worth. "
"Excelente y económico hotel, algo alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero con fácil transportacion, muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones. El personal muy amable. "
"Friendly and personable staff from checkin to buffet staff. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with everything you could want to eat and drink"
