"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"Perfect location for a city break in Norwich. Clean and quiet, onset parking. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the aircon room as we stayed during the peak of heatwave week. However there's no fridge in the room so no where to keep our drinks cool. Overall room was quiet, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Yes we would recommend this hotel to others."

"Great stay at the Bob W London! We arrived early from Sydney but were able to store our bags safely before heading out. Great location, quiet street but close to everything we needed. Comfortable and a nice retreat from full days of exploring London!"

"I am writing this review for my parents as this holiday was there Christmas present so I am just relaying there personal experience. Lovely clean space with friendly staff. Dinner was really nice, howerer the breakfast was a mixed bag, cooked breakfast was pretty terrible but the home made fruit bowls and yogurt was amazing. Nice clean modern room with great showers, but pretty uncomfortable bed from there description. Overall a good stay for 2 nights, would definitely recommend if your staying for a day or two in Norwich."

"Lovely old buildings set out around small pretty garden areas with good parking. The check in was easy and completed by a friendly member of staff. The room itself was dated but very clean with a separate toilet and shower, tea and coffee, fan, and a smart tv. Lovely crisp white sheets which is always appreciated. Breakfast in the conservatory was lovely. All freshly cooked and good quality ingredients. Coffee was available via a help yourself digital machine. We charged our EV overnight at 45p per KWH which cost us £19.80 which thought was quite reasonable for ease of charging our car ready for the next days travels. Would happily stop here again!"
