The hotel was beautiful and the owner was friendly. Check in is at 5:00 pm which is also the time the staff retires for the evening so don’t expect room service or any service after that. Understandably, it can become very crowded and the normal entry queue to the house/garden is long. Therefore visit the museum (which is much less crowded)the day before and buy a combined museum/garden ticket, and enter the house/gardens as they open
