"Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking. "

"Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel am nördlichen Rand von Sarande. Das tolle ist man hat die Liegen mit Schirm inkl.,hat einen tollen Strand, leckeres Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr nettes Personal und auch einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist klein und auch für Musik am Strand angenehm. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Man hat fußläufig tolle Restaurants und bis zur Marina sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß."

"We loved it so much we decided to stay a second night. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great hospitality and it is a family owned and run guesthouse. The grandmothers made an amazing breakfast that consists of tea, coffee, fried eggs, delicious bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, butter, and fig jam. Location was good, a lovely walk to the castle. I could see myself spending a week here. "

"Super nice host, very friendly and always willing to help. They supported us with a lot of coffee and homemade Raki. Very clean, super terrace with great view. Everything you need is there. Nice traditional restaurant only a couple of minutes away. Highly recommended :)"

"Poor, no card machine, couldn't access payments from hotels.com and Expedia. Tried to charge me a daily rate, and didn't refund me. 17€ only changed my room once throughout 7day stay."

"Ubicación muy buena, fuimos caminando a todas partes. Parking gratuito. La habitación es amplia y tiene un balcón y una mini cocina. No hay desayuno y en Ksamil es bastante difícil encontrar un desayuno decente. El wifi nunca nos funcionó, el baño está muy mal diseñado, se inunda todo al bañarse y es muy incómodo, además, en cuatro noches nunca hicieron aseo en la habitación, teníamos la basura llena desde el día 1 y el piso sucio por la situación del baño.
