Clean room but awkward key system and no staff.

Very nice hotel with everything you'd want and some nice touches too.

Hotel was modern clean with helpful staff. Amenities were close to hand and we will definitely would come back.

Clean. Close to the shopping center and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff!

New hotel in a Lovely area of town. Approx 7 min walk to bus/train terminal. The hotel was spotless, the staff were eager to please and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor issues were: the bedside tables are almost too small- the side which has telephone is pretty impractical for person sleeping on that side of the bed to use it for anything else. Only other minor issue was no conditioner in shower/ bathroom. Neither of these would put me off staying again, it was an excellent stay!

SatNav had a difficult time finding the hotel! The room was large/quiet/& clean. Parking was easy and safe. We had booked dinner at the hotel and the restaurant was very good. Service and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also served in their restaurant and was good and varied. Overall we thought that this was the best hotel that we had stayed at on our trip.

Keep up the good work

Loved the staff and had a very nice room - there is also a beautiful lobby and bar/restaurant

Amazing country hotel with beautiful decor and spa. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and massage bed for relaxation. Our junior suite was very comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. We also had our own terrace with beautiful countryside views. The staff was very friendly and the food excellent.

The hotel is a short metro ride away from essen. Unfortunately this stops at 23.00hrs so its a taxi or walk 45 minutes to get back. The area has good facilities with several pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and room we had was ideal for our needs. Clean and tidy with a small kitchen area and a balcony. Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff, room was perfect and the breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice

Had a wonderful stay here. Even though we had the misfortune to book when thelocal club was having a big event so the where alot of younger people in the hotel making noise. The staff where very helpful and offered to move us to a quieter part of the hotel. This was very much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel for the area.

It’s a budget hotel, but it’s done well. Everything works as intended, I didn’t have to contact anyone during my entire stay, it was clean, minimalistic, and offered exactly what it should; a cheap and reliable place to stay. The whole process from check in to check out is handled remotely, there is no reception desk or staff physically on hand, but everything worked perfectly fine and I found it to be a seamless experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable and...
